Rieter CZ, a.s. is part of the Swiss Rieter Group. It develops and produces spinning machines, engineering components, heat and acoustic insulation for the automotive industry and moulds (tools) for the production of these plastic and aluminium parts.

- Rotor Usti nad Orlici is the large companyst production factory of Rieter CZ, a.s. It is incorporated in Rieter Textile Systems and deals especially with the production of BT line rotor spinning machines
- The Components Zamberk factory is incorporated in the Rieter Textile Systems group. With more than 400 employees, Components Zamberk is a popular manufacturer of transmissions driving aggregates, belts, pulleys, conveyor belts, precise machine parts, plate cut and bent components and electric distributors
- The Tooling Hnatice factory specialises mainly in GMT, LFT, steel and aluminium plate pressing, as well as foam and acoustic component production tools. It produces these tools for major car makers such as Audi, BMW, Daimler Chrysler, Skoda, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Porsche, Opel, Rover, Renault, and others
- The Rieter Automotive production plant in Chocen produces thermo-noise insulation parts from non-woven fabrics for major automotive producers, such as Daimler-Chrysler, Scania, Steyr-MAN, Volvo, Daewoo-Avia and others
